Im tired and a little wasted so i might not catch your jokes if you implied any... but writing with a laptop keyboard without keys is quite possible, its not the same as an ordinary keyboard...
there are also several programs to write letters such as the screen keyboard in windows accessories...
At last theres the good old copy/paste of any other "B" on the Web or the computer...

If more keys fall off your keyboard most laptop companies sell replacement keyboards even for very old models. You just need a techie friend to replace it(manuals can be found on the web)

There's a little button thingy under the key that the key pressed down on when it is pressed. So I'm just typing without the b key on.
